Worship God Alone (Exodus 20:3-4)

In this message, we look at the first two of the ten commandments. These commands reveal much about God's nature, His love for us and what our response should be to Him. God created mankind to be worshippers and everyone worships either the Lord God, the uncreated creator of the universe or they worship created idols. While many do not worship carved images today, those who do not worship the Lord God worship other gods in place of the one true God. An idol is anything that is worshipped instead of or alongside of the worship of God. God blesses those who worship Him and brings curses on those who worship idols.
